When people hear that our video library consists of over 1,700 videos they are very often impressed. However, what can appear awe-inspiring to some (as we probably do have the most comprehensive library of online Microsoft Office content anywhere), can also appear very daunting to others. Why? Because it appears to be such a big number and how on earth would they be able to get through all of that?

What separates our content from the rest is that our videos are short bite sized chunks of learning that on average last about 3 minutes with each of them covering a single topic. So, if you want to learn about Hyperlinks you can do it in just 3 minutes. If you want to learn about Page Breaks or Columns you can also do that in just 3 minutes.
If you like you can group videos together to create little courses and you determine just how long that course should be. So, whilst on the surface it looks like 1,700 plus videos are daunting, in reality you’re only ever going to watch and learn from the videos you need to do your job really well and increase both your efficiency and productivity.
Of course, this is the same with lots of other vendors, catalogues and content collections. These days having a large number of courses is pre-requisite to doing business. However, don’t worry so much about the number. Make sure that any content library has the courses you need. Think of it like any major streaming service (Netflix, Amazon, Spotify etc.). They all have so much content that you will never get through it all. However, they also have all the content you do need! It’s about self-serving and combining content to fulfil your business strategy and need.
